How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 3-5 business days. For made-to-order items and bespoke engagement rings, please allow 6-8 weeks for production and delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide via secure, insured courier services. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes upon arrival.
Can I return or exchange my jewelry?
We offer a 14-day return policy for standard collection pieces in their original condition. Please note that bespoke commissions, engraved items, and resized rings are non-refundable.
How do I find my correct ring size?
We recommend visiting a local jeweler to be measured professionally. Alternatively, you can request a complimentary ring sizer through our website to measure your finger at home.
Are your diamonds and gemstones ethically sourced?
Sustainability is at our core. We use 100% recycled gold and source all diamonds and gemstones from reputable suppliers who adhere to the Kimberley Process and ethical labor standards.
Do you provide a warranty for your jewelry?
Every Rachel Boston piece comes with a one-year manufacturing warranty. This covers any production defects but does not include accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss.
