At Rachel Boston Jewellery, we offer a 14-day return window for all non-bespoke and non-customized items, provided they are returned in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

Notify the Studio

Email our team at info@rachelboston.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure Packaging

Place the item back in its original Rachel Boston presentation box and secure it within a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

Insured Shipping

Ship your return via a trackable and fully insured service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail.

Inspection and Refund

Once our workshop confirms the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days to your original payment method.
